Important: WalkReach is a platform for discovering and connecting with people, places and businesses. These terms set the basic rules for using the service. They do not create a guarantee that another user is genuine, safe, available, compatible or suitable for you.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing or using WalkReach, you agree to these Terms of Service and the WalkReach Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use WalkReach on behalf of an organization or business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Accounts and account information

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide information that is accurate enough to operate your account and must not impersonate another person or organization.
  • You must not create or use an account to deceive, defraud, harass, stalk, threaten or harm another person.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
  • WalkReach may restrict, suspend or deactivate accounts where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, enforcement of these terms or legal compliance.

3. Discovery, location and privacy

WalkReach provides discovery based on information and permissions available to the service. Location-based results are approximate and can change as people move, update settings or become inactive.

  • Do not rely on an approximate distance or place label as an exact physical location.
  • Do not attempt to infer, track, expose or publish another person's exact location.
  • You control important discovery settings such as location and visibility where those controls are available.
  • WalkReach may offer different discovery radii, passes, Plus access and Travel Mode options. Availability and limits can depend on the entitlement shown in your account.

4. Profiles, content and user interactions

You may provide profile information, photos, interests, messages, business information and other content. You remain responsible for what you submit and for your interactions with other users.

By submitting content to WalkReach, you grant WalkReach the limited permission needed to host, store, display and process that content to provide the feature you requested. You should only submit content that you have the right to use and that does not violate another person's rights.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not use WalkReach to:

  • harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk or target another person;
  • engage in fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation or deceptive schemes;
  • send spam, malware or malicious code;
  • publish unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative or otherwise prohibited material;
  • collect or expose another person's private information without permission;
  • misrepresent a business, registration status, identity or affiliation;
  • circumvent discovery, pass, Plus, payment or account restrictions;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
  • scrape, copy or systematically harvest WalkReach data without authorization; or
  • use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Connections and messaging

WalkReach can help users connect and communicate, but a connection is not an endorsement, background check or guarantee of another user's identity or intentions. You should use good judgment before sharing personal information, meeting someone or sending money.

Messages and interactions may be subject to safety, abuse-prevention and reporting systems. Do not use messaging to harass, threaten, defraud or solicit users improperly.

7. Business listings and referrals

Business features allow eligible users to create or refer businesses and may include application, verification and paid packages. Providing registration or contact information does not by itself guarantee approval or verification.

  • Business owners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information submitted for their listings.
  • WalkReach may request supporting information for verification.
  • WalkReach may reject, suspend or remove a business listing that is misleading, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with the applicable package requirements.
  • Referral rewards, where offered, are subject to the rules and eligibility requirements shown in the referral feature.

8. Passes, Plus, subscriptions and payments

Some WalkReach features require a paid pass, subscription or other entitlement. The price, duration, scope and eligibility of an entitlement are the terms displayed to you when you purchase or activate it.

  • Paid access is account-specific and may expire according to the displayed entitlement.
  • A payment record or receipt does not necessarily mean that an entitlement was successfully activated until WalkReach verifies the transaction.
  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms.
  • Refunds, cancellations and failed transactions are handled according to the applicable offer, payment provider rules and applicable law.
  • WalkReach may change future prices or packages, but changes do not retroactively rewrite a completed transaction unless permitted by law.

9. Notifications and communications

WalkReach may send operational messages needed to provide the service, including account, security, connection, messaging and transaction notices. Optional notification categories can be controlled through available settings. You should keep contact information associated with your account current.

10. Safety and reporting

You are responsible for making your own decisions about who to interact with and what information to share. Never send money, passwords, verification codes or highly sensitive information to another user merely because they request it.

If you encounter suspicious, abusive or unsafe behaviour, use available reporting or blocking controls and discontinue the interaction where appropriate. WalkReach may investigate reports and take action consistent with these terms and applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

WalkReach and its associated branding, software, interface designs and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by WalkReach, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected parts of the service.

12. Third-party services and links

WalkReach may integrate or link to third-party services such as payment, mapping, hosting or other providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. WalkReach is not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent permitted by law.

13. Availability and changes to WalkReach

We work to keep WalkReach available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, network failures, security events or circumstances outside our control. Features, packages and interfaces may change as WalkReach develops.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using WalkReach at any time and may use the available account controls to deactivate or delete your account. WalkReach may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, protect the platform, investigate abuse, enforce these terms or comply with law. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WalkReach is provided on an “as available” basis. Discovery results, profile information, approximate distances, business information and user-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unavailable.

WalkReach does not guarantee the identity, conduct, safety, compatibility, reliability or legality of another user, business or third-party service. You are responsible for exercising reasonable care when interacting with people or businesses discovered through the platform.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WalkReach and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when WalkReach, its features or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of WalkReach after the effective update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing law and legal rights

These terms are intended to operate subject to the mandatory laws that apply to you. Where a specific jurisdiction is required to govern a dispute, the applicable law and competent courts will be determined in accordance with those mandatory rules.

19. Contact

For questions about these terms, use the support/contact channel made available by WalkReach for your account or service environment.
